Through the generous support of ASU parents, the Parents Association has established a fund to make multiple awards of $4,000 ($2,000 per semester) for the 2008-2009 academic year. All awards will be based on financial need and demonstrated evidence of strong commitment to academic success and achievement of personal and educational goals.

The scholarship deadline for the 2008 - 2009 Parents Association scholarship has passed. Applicants will be notified in early June 2008.

KANTABEN KAPADIA SCHOLARSHIP AND BOOK FUND

Through the generous support of the Kapadia Family, the Parents Association is offering one award of $5,000 ($2,500 per semester) and ten $600 ($300 per semester) book awards. All awards will be based on financial need and demonstrated evidence of strong commitment to academic success and achievement of personal and educational goals.

The scholarship deadline for the 2008 - 2009 Kantaben Kapadia scholarship has passed. Applicants will be notified in early June.

See below for community service opportunities in March & April:

STUDENT VOLUNTEERS are needed to assist new students & their families at ASU New Student Orientation Programs. Students will greet, direct and assist new students during the orientation program. Full or partial shifts are available from 7:30 am - 11 am or 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. Students report to Krissi St. John at Old Main. She will provide brief training on the day you volunteer. Dress: Khakis and an ASU polo are ideal, but Khakis and an ASU T-shirt are acceptable. Blue jeans are NOT acceptable. Volunteer for Full or partial shifts from 7:30 am - 11 am or 10:30 am - 2:30 pm.
