philanthropic families

The ASU Parents Association (ASUPA) represents a nationwide parent network of members and volunteers dedicated to sustaining parental involvement in their student's education and support of programs and services that will enrich the ASU experience.

ASUPA helps parents stay connected to students, become engaged in the ASU community and sustain many vital initiatives. Since its inception in 1984, ASUPA has worked to make a difference for every ASU student and their family.

The ASU Parents Association is dedicated to advancing President Crow's vision of a New American University

The mission of the ASU Parents Association is to: Engage parents through philanthropy in support of ASU

  • Fundraise to provide support for scholarships and grants to benefit students and support University initiatives;
  • Provide support for the mission of the University and its leadership by providing financial, volunteer and logistical support for specific Association-sponsored events;
  • Enhance communications between the University and the Parents to develop an engaged constituency;
  • Promote educational, cultural and philanthropic objectives in support of Arizona State University students.

The power of one parent is significant to a student; their collective power has the ability to create change and opportunity and increase every student's chance for success.
