MISSION
The ASU Parents Association is dedicated to advancing President Crow's vision of the New American University. It helps parents stay connected to students, become engaged in the ASU community, and sustain many vital initiatives. Since its inception in 1984, the ASU PA has worked to make a difference for students and their families.
The mission of the Arizona State University Parents Association is to:
Enhance communication between the University and the Parents and develop an informed constituency;
Make recommendations to university administrators concerning matters which the ASU PA considers important;
Promote educational, cultural and benevolent objectives for Arizona State University students;
Support the programs, activities, and mission of Arizona State University
The ASUPA represents a nationwide parent network of members and volunteers dedicated to sustaining parental involvement in their student's education and support of programs and services that will enrich the ASU experience. The ASU PA advocates on behalf of parents on key issues. In addition, the ASU PA provides:

Direct access to ASU Foundation staff dedicated to serving Parent Association needs and helping parents navigate the university, and identify appropriate university contacts and resources;

Ongoing and up-to-the-minute communication, including Parents Association newsletters, a dynamic and interactive Parents Association Website, special ASU PA e-mail (ParentAssociation@asu.edu), a Parent Information List-Serv to keep families up-to-date on the latest happenings at ASU and a 24/7 Parents Information Hotline (480-965-7625) for the latest news on contributing memberships, activities and events and prompt access to Parents Association support staff

Invitations to Parent Association sponsored events and programs,and a special chance to explore options to work on projects or interact with faculty, staff, students and other parents
